1. Eligibility: This offer is available to registered startups that have been in operation for less than 12 months.

2. Service Scope: The free offer applies to a specific package tailored for startups. This may include a cap on the number of ID/AML verifications per month (e.g., 100 verifications) or limited access to certain premium features. We will figure this out when you sign up don't worry.

3. Contract Duration: The offer requires a minimum 3-year contract. The first 12 months are free, and standard rates will apply thereafter unless canceled at least 30 days before the renewal date. The pricing will be agreed with you when we set you up in full transparency and will be set to our fair standard rates.

4. Geographic Restrictions: The offer may be limited to companies based in certain countries or regions where APLYiD operates.

5. Non-Transferable: The offer is non-transferable and only applicable to the original startup that signs up. Talk to us if this needs to change mid way.

6. Exclusions: Existing customers or those who have previously benefited from this or similar promotions are not eligible.
   ‍
7. Termination: APLYiD reserves the right to terminate the free offer if the startup is found to be in breach of any terms or if fraudulent activity is suspected.

8. Modifications: APLYiD may modify or discontinue the offer at any time, but changes will not affect existing agreements under the free offer.

Special Term: Biometric AML Check Offer for Start-Up Customers

1. Free Biometric AML Checks: The Customer, qualifying as a Start-Up, is entitled to free Biometric AML checks for a period of 12 months, starting from the date of contract execution, provided the following conditions are met:
   
   1.1 The Customer must integrate with APLYiD’s services through the APLYiD API as specified in APLYiD’s API documentation.
   
   1.2 The Customer must sign a two (2) year contract for services with APLYiD.

2. Monthly Usage Cap: Free Biometric AML checks are capped at 25 checks per month during the 12-month period. Any usage exceeding this cap in any given month will be billed at APLYiD’s standard price book rates for overage.

3. Commitment for Year 2: Upon completion of the initial 12-month period, the Customer agrees to a minimum usage commitment of 60% of the total checks conducted in the first year, billed at APLYiD’s standard rates.
