11. Promoter
This promotion is run jointly by APLY Limited, APLYiD PTY LTD, and APLY UK LIMITED (together, "APLYiD"). By participating in The Lunch Games, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Promotion overview
The Lunch Games is a daily lunchtime quiz session hosted by APLYiD, running on weekdays from the launch date until 1 July 2026. Each session runs for approximately 30 minutes via Zoom. The Lunch Games is a marketing activity; no purchase is necessary to register or participate.
3. Competition period
The Lunch Games sessions will run on weekdays from 1 May 2026 until 1 July 2026 (the "Promotion Period"). Prize eligibility applies to sessions conducted within this period. Sessions may be added, cancelled, or rescheduled at APLYiD’s discretion.
4. Eligibility
4.1 Participation
The Lunch Games is open to all registrants. Anyone may register, attend a session, and participate in the quiz regardless of their role, location within Australia, or whether they are an existing APLYiD customer.
4.2 Prize eligibility
To be eligible to win a prize, a participant must satisfy all of the following requirements at the time of the prize draw for that session:
Role: The participant must be an Australian real estate professional. Eligible roles include agency principals, directors, franchise owners, sales agents, and agency support staff. Property managers are not eligible for prizes.
Referral: The participant must have referred at least one person who has registered via the official Lunch Games landing page and attended at least one session. Referral eligibility is verified manually by APLYiD at the time of prize reveal.
Registration: The participant must have registered using their full name, email address, agency name, and accurate role. Providing a false role to gain prize eligibility will result in disqualification from all prizes.
4.3 Ineligible persons
The following persons are not eligible to win prizes:
Employees, contractors, directors, or officers of APLYiD or any of its related entities;
Immediate family members (spouse, parent, sibling, or child) of the above;
Property managers, regardless of agency affiliation; and
Any person who has provided false registration information.
4.4 Existing APLYiD customers
Existing APLYiD customers may participate and are eligible for prizes under the same rules as new registrants. However, the promotional promo code (LUNCHGAME) and any Ascend conference ticket offers are available to new sign-ups only and do not apply to existing customers.
5. How to register
To register for The Lunch Games, participants must complete the official registration form on the APLYiD Lunch Games landing page. Participants must provide:
Full name;
Email address;
Agency name; and
Role.
Upon registration, participants will receive a confirmation email containing the Zoom session link and session time. One registration per person is permitted.
6. Referral mechanic
Prize eligibility requires that a participant has referred at least one person who has subsequently registered and attended a session. The referral process works as follows:
The referring participant directs a contact to the Lunch Games landing page.
The referred person completes the registration form and enters the referring participant’s name in the referee field.
The referred person must register via the official landing page and attend at least one session for the referral to count.
Referrals are logged by APLYiD and verified at the time of prize reveal.
No referral tooling or apps are required. APLYiD will verify referrals from its records. Attempts to manipulate the referral system will result in disqualification.
7. Session rules
One play per person per session. Each registered email address receives one entry per session.
Participants may attend multiple sessions during the Promotion Period.
Sessions are conducted via Zoom. APLYiD is not responsible for connectivity issues experienced by participants.
APLYiD reserves the right to modify the session format, quiz content, or schedule at any time.
8. Prizes
8.1 Available prizes
Prize tiers available during sessions include (subject to availability and APLYiD’s discretion):
Tier 1 (value approximately $200–$400): items such as AirPods, Apple Watch, or restaurant vouchers;
Tier 2 (value approximately $20–$50): items such as coffee vouchers or grocery vouchers; and
Base Prize: a small gift (e.g. bag of confectionery) for session attendees, as announced during each session.
The prize available for any given session will be announced by the session host at the time of the session. APLYiD reserves the right to substitute any prize with an alternative of equal or greater value.
8.2 Prize conditions
All prizes are non-transferable and have no cash value.
Prizes cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash.
APLYiD reserves the right to substitute any prize with an alternative of equal or greater value if required due to circumstances beyond APLYiD’s control.
Prize fulfilment will be arranged by APLYiD following eligibility verification. Physical prizes will be dispatched to the address provided by the winner. APLYiD is not responsible for prizes lost or delayed in transit.
9. Winner selection and notification
The winner of each session prize will be determined by the quiz result for that session. In the event of a tie, the prize will pass to the highest-placing eligible participant. If the highest-placing participant is not prize-eligible (see clause 4.2), the prize passes to the next eligible placed participant.
Eligibility is verified in real time by APLYiD at the time of the prize reveal during each session. Winners will be announced during the session and contacted via the email address provided at registration. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 5 business days of notification, APLYiD reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
10. Commercial offers
New APLYiD sign-ups who register via the Lunch Games may be eligible for the promotional offer associated with the promo code LUNCHGAME (first month free) and, where applicable, Ascend conference ticket offers for purchases made in May 2026. These commercial offers are subject to separate terms and are available to new sign-ups only. Existing APLYiD customers are not eligible for these offers. APLYiD reserves the right to modify or withdraw commercial offers at any time.
11. Intellectual property and publicity
By registering and participating, participants grant APLYiD a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use their name, likeness, and submitted materials (including quiz responses and referral activity) for promotional purposes, including social media, website content, and marketing materials, without further compensation.
APLYiD may record sessions and use session recordings, highlights, and prize reveal footage for promotional purposes.
12. General conditions
APLYiD reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants and to disqualify any participant who does not comply with these Terms and Conditions.
APLYiD reserves the right to cancel, modify, suspend, or discontinue The Lunch Games at any time without notice, including individual sessions.
APLYiD is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete registrations, or for any technical difficulties experienced in registering or attending sessions.
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any social media platform or third-party partner.
MRI’s involvement is limited to initial promotional distribution. MRI is not a co-promoter and bears no responsibility for the conduct of The Lunch Games or prize fulfilment.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, APLYiD excludes all liability in connection with this promotion, including any loss, damage, personal injury, or death arising from participation.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Participants submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
13. Privacy
Personal information collected in connection with The Lunch Games (including name, email address, agency name, role, and referral data) will be handled in accordance with APLYiD’s Privacy Policy. By registering, participants consent to APLYiD collecting, using, and disclosing their personal information for the purposes of:
Administering the promotion;
Verifying eligibility;
Sending session communications and post-session nurture emails; and
Marketing APLYiD’s products and services to participants (participants may opt out at any time).
