Client referral incentive terms & conditions

Terms

To be eligible for the one month free client referral incentive, all of the following criteria must be met:

• The referral must be submitted via an official APLYiD referral landing page.
• The referring client must be an existing APLYiD customer on a paid plan.
• The referred contact must be a decision-maker or direct influencer for AML compliance software at their organisation (e.g. partner, principal, compliance lead, practice manager, or operations lead).
• The referred organisation's business must be registered and operating in New Zealand or Australia.
• The referred organisation must be a new prospect. Existing APLYiD customers, active trials, or organisations that have previously used APLYiD within the past 12 months are not eligible.
• One month free incentive per referred organisation applies.

Incentive details

For each referred organisation that successfully signs up to a paid APLYiD plan, the referring client will receive one (1) month free on their own subscription. There is no limit to the number of referrals a client can make - each successful signup results in an additional month free.

Months are applied to the referring client's account upon the referred organisation's first paid billing cycle. The referral offer is available for a limited time and APLYiD reserves the right to close the programme at any time.

Fair use

The referral incentive is intended for genuine client referrals. APLYiD reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:

• Verify the legitimacy of referrals submitted;
• Decline referrals that appear fraudulent, duplicated, or in bad faith;
• Modify or suspend incentive credits where misuse or commercial exploitation is identified; or
• Withdraw credits already applied where eligibility criteria are found not to have been met.

General conditions

APLYiD reserves the right to verify eligibility and to withhold or cancel the incentive if the above Terms are not met.

APLYiD may modify, suspend, or withdraw this incentive at any time.

This incentive is provided as a courtesy to eligible participants and does not constitute payment for services.
