Terms

To be eligible for the $100 AUD Prezzy Card referral incentive, all of the following criteria must be met:

The referral must be submitted via an official APLYiD client referral landing page.
The referring client must be an existing APLYiD customer on a paid plan.
The referred contact must be a decision-maker or direct influencer for AML compliance software at their organisation (e.g. partner, principal, compliance lead, practice manager, or operations lead).
The referred organisation's business must be registered and operating in Australia.
The referred organisation must be a new prospect. Existing APLYiD customers, active trials, or organisations that have previously used APLYiD within the past 12 months are not eligible.
One incentive per referred organisation applies.

Incentive details

For each referred organisation that successfully signs up to a paid APLYiD plan, both the referring client and the referred organisation will each receive one (1) $100 AUD Prezzy Card. There is no limit to the number of referrals a client can make - each successful signup results in an additional $100 AUD Prezzy Card for the referrer.

Prezzy Cards will be issued to both parties following the referred organisation's first paid billing cycle. The referral offer is available for a limited time and APLYiD reserves the right to close the programme at any time.

Fair use

The referral incentive is intended for genuine client referrals. APLYiD reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:

Verify the legitimacy of referrals submitted;
Decline referrals that appear fraudulent, duplicated, or in bad faith;
Withhold or cancel Prezzy Cards where misuse or commercial exploitation is identified; or
Withdraw incentives already issued where eligibility criteria are found not to have been met.

General conditions

APLYiD reserves the right to verify eligibility and to withhold or cancel the incentive if the above terms are not met. APLYiD may modify, suspend, or withdraw this incentive at any time. This incentive is provided as a courtesy to eligible participants and does not constitute payment for services.
