Terms
To be eligible for the free trial incentive, all of the following criteria must be met:
- The offer code must be activated via submitting a form through an official APLYiD campaign landing page.
- The applicant must be a decision-maker or direct influencer for AML compliance software at their organisation (e.g. partner, principal, compliance lead, practice manager, or operations lead).
- The applicant’s business must be registered and operating in Australia.
- The applicant must be a new prospect. Existing APLYiD customers, active trials, or organisations that have previously used APLYiD within the past 12 months are not eligible.
- One free trial incentive per organisation applies.
Incentive details
Eligible organisations will receive a one (1) month free trial of APLYiD’s AML platform.The free trial provides access to APLYiD’s core platform functionality for evaluation purposes only.The incentive offer ends 30 days from activation.
Fair use
The free trial is intended for genuine evaluation purposes. APLYiD reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:
- Apply reasonable usage limits during the trial period;
- Cap excessive transaction volumes or system usage that exceeds typical evaluation levels;
- Modify or suspend trial access where usage is materially inconsistent with fair evaluation; or
- Withdraw the trial where misuse, abuse, or commercial exploitation is identified.
If usage materially exceeds fair evaluation levels, APLYiD may require the organisation to transition to a paid plan.
General conditions
APLYiD reserves the right to verify eligibility and to withhold or cancel the incentive if the above Terms are not met.
APLYiD may modify, suspend, or withdraw this incentive at any time.
This incentive is provided as a courtesy to eligible participants and does not constitute payment for services.
