Compliance context
Pricing is based on listings - each property listing is one unit. Whether you have one vendor, two vendors, or multiple buyers involved in a transaction, it's all covered under that single listing fee. No per-person charges on top.
Lots of agencies do. Because the fee is a fixed amount per listing, it's simple to include it as a standard charge in your agency agreement or on your invoice - similar to how photography or marketing costs are handled.
The monthly plans include the full platform plus AML training courses and certification for your team, the policy builder to help you write your AML/CTF program, a live onboarding session with the APLYiD team, and ongoing support by phone, email, and chat. It's everything you need, not just the tool.
Company or business checks (called KYB checks) are available as a paid add-on at $37.50 per check. Individual buyer and vendor identity checks are included in the listing fee at no extra cost.
The monthly plans are fixed fees based on your listing volume tier - 5, 10, or 20 listings per month. If your volume varies month to month, there's also a pay-as-you-go optionwhere you're only charged for what you use.
